John B. Stephenson is an attorney in the Firm’s Trust & Estate Department. John focuses his practice on counseling individuals and businesses on business succession, estate planning and administration, asset protection, transfers of wealth and advising clients on our ever-changing tax environment.
John’s experience ranges from advising clients with essential needs on routine estate issues to implementing sophisticated protective strategies for high net-worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses to assist them in achieving their estate planning goals while minimizing tax exposure. He also counsels individual and corporate fiduciaries on all aspects of estate and trust administration, estate and trust tax returns, and fiduciary accountings.
John has represented both institutions and individuals in litigation including, but not limited to, probate matters, guardianships, trusts and estates, fiduciary issues, and real estate.
