Earlier this month, our firm was honored to take part in a comprehensive New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) program focused on the jurisdiction, procedures, and substantive issues that define practice in New Jersey’s Chancery Division. The agenda addressed a wide range of topics, including equitable remedies, probate related matters, foreclosure practice, motions to transfer, case management, and key ethical considerations for practitioners appearing in General Equity.
The session, moderated by James A. Paone, II, Esq., encouraged a structured and thoughtful dialogue on when matters properly belong in the Chancery Division and how practitioners can navigate its unique procedural landscape effectively.
At a time when equitable relief continues to play a vital role in delivering justice, we remain committed to supporting educational initiatives that enhance the understanding of equity practice in complex matters.
