Senior Estate Litigation Attorney
The Role
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with five to eight years of experience in estate litigation.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Research and prepare memoranda on a variety of estate legal issues
- Draft correspondence in response to questions and/or requests for information from clients, attorneys, judges, officials and/or agencies
- Draft and answer written discovery
- Represent client in legal proceedings that may involve court appearances, administrative hearings, depositions, and trials
What We Are Looking For
- Active New Jersey bar admission in good standing
- 5–8 years of experience in estate litigation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and to establish work priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with court officials, judges, attorneys and the general public, and to maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work within established systems and processes involving extensive collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and office staff

Entertainment Law Attorney
The Role
We are seeking an Entertainment Law Attorney who is passionate about the intersection of law, business, media, and creativity. This is a substantive, client-facing role that requires strong legal judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex matters independently.
You will work directly with entertainment professionals and businesses, providing strategic counsel on transactional matters, intellectual property issues, production agreements, and commercial opportunities across traditional and emerging media platforms.
This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful client relationships, and helping creative businesses achieve their goals while protecting their interests.
Key Responsibilities
Entertainment & Media Transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of entertainment and media agreements, including:
- Talent agreements
- Production agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Licensing agreements
- Sponsorship and endorsement contracts
- Influencer and creator agreements
- Content development and option agreements
- Advise clients on intellectual property ownership, rights management, and exploitation strategies.
- Structure and negotiate transactions involving film, television, music, podcasting, digital media, publishing, and emerging platforms.
- Counsel clients regarding advertising, promotions, and brand partnerships.
Intellectual Property & Rights Protection
- Assist clients with trademark, copyright, and related intellectual property matters.
- Evaluate ownership rights and advise on protection strategies.
- Review content for legal risks, including clearance, licensing, fair use, and infringement concerns.
- Coordinate with intellectual property specialists as needed to protect client assets.
Business & Strategic Counseling
- Serve as outside counsel to entertainment companies, production entities, agencies, managers, and creative professionals.
- Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, and operational issues.
- Provide risk assessments and practical business-focused solutions for evolving legal challenges.
- Counsel clients regarding industry-specific regulations and contractual obligations.
Dispute Resolution
- Assist with entertainment-related disputes involving contracts, intellectual property, royalty issues, rights ownership, and business relationships.
- Support negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation strategies when disputes arise.
- Coordinate with litigation counsel and experts as appropriate.
Regulatory Compliance
- Advise clients on entertainment, media, advertising, and digital content regulations.
- Review endorsements, sponsorships, promotions, and branded content for legal compliance.
- Counsel clients on emerging issues involving privacy, social media, intellectual property, and AI.
- Advise on labor and employment issues, union/guild regulations (e.g. SAG-AFTRA, WGA), and tax laws specific to industry.
- Identify regulatory risks and provide practical compliance solutions
General Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Stay current on legal developments affecting the entertainment, media, and technology sectors.
- Participate in business development, networking, speaking engagements, and industry events.
What We Are Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active NJ bar admission in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment law, media law, intellectual property transactions, or related commercial practice areas.
- Exceptional negotiation and dispute-resolution capabilities
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience advising clients on licensing, intellectual property, rights management, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
