Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A. has well established departments in corporate, litigation, estate and tax planning, family law, municipal law and real estate as well as a DWI/DUI practice which could compliment any practice and support a wide array of client needs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent credentials, along with strong writing, research, courtroom and verbal skills and an ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. New Jersey Bar admission is required. The positions require significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. The firm has an immediate opening for a litigator with 6-10 years of experience to work on general litigation matters. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey, have experience in NJ and Federal Courts with motion practice and depositions.
