Karen Surgent is the COO and CFO of the law firm of Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone, P.A.

A certified public account (CPA), Karen is responsible for all finances and day-to-day operation of an award-winning, highly-respected full service law firm comprised of 20+ attorneys and 20+ operations personnel, both Freehold and Toms River, NJ offices.

Ms. Surgent joined the firm in 2016 and previously held high-profile positions with New Jersey City University, Sunny Days Child Development Services, Nassau Marina Holdings and Winnertech.

Karen is a Finance Honor Society graduate of Villanova University (B.S.) and secured her Masters of Science, Accounting, at New Jersey City University.

Having served on multiple public education school boards, Karen is a ‘family first’ New Jersey Shore native and passionate about protecting our communities.
