DEMLP Equity Shareholder Edward C. Eastman and Sara Valenz, Vice President and Regional Underwriting Counsel for NATIC’s Northeast Division, will be co-hosting a “New Jersey Probate and Estate Laws” webinar designed for title agents.

The program will cover probate issues in the Garden State, including who can convey title, how to address possible outstanding estate and/or inheritance tax issues and how various orders and judgments in probate actions may affect your title transaction.

The program is scheduled for December 11 at 2pm; the course has been approved for one hour of continuing education (CE) credit. NATIC is applying for continuing legal education (CLE) credit for this course.
