Founded in 1988, the law firm of Davison Eastman Munoz Paone, P.A. seeks to add an experienced (10+ years) corporate / business law attorney based out of its Toms River, NJ office.

Ideal candidate should have familiarity with the regional business landscape; be proficient with MS Suite technologies; be able to operate and thrive independently as well as in a group environment.

Candidate should be able to work close with and collaboratively with firm clients to support a broad range of commercial transactions including designing, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing documents with exceptional attention to detail.
