
Greg S. Gargulinski Joins DEMLP – Expands Defense Practice

Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A. (DEMLP) is pleased to announce the addition of Greg S. Gargulinski as partner, expanding the firm’s criminal and municipal court defense practice. Mr. Gargulinski is the fifth lateral attorney hired this year.
Gargulinski joins DEMLP from Ansell Grimm & Aaron, where he began his career in 2001. He focuses his practice in the areas of criminal law and municipal court defense. In this capacity, he has represented clients in matters involving DWI/DUI, as well as criminal defense at the State, Appellate and Federal levels.

Gargulinski is a former law clerk to the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman, J.S.C. (Ret.) and is the former Acting Public Defender of Manalapan Township. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. While attending law school he worked as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. He also worked in the Center for Social Justice – Juvenile Justice Clinic where he represented indigent juveniles in all phases of criminal proceedings in the Essex County Family Court.
Gargulinski is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is an active member of the Monmouth Bar Association where he previously served as a Trustee and Co-Chair of the Municipal Court, Criminal Practice and Sports Law Committees.
