Katherine B. Galdieri is Counsel at Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A., where she focuses her practice on civil litigation.
Kate handles a wide variety of cases including complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, commercial real estate disputes, business torts, construction disputes, consumer fraud allegations and fraudulent transfer actions. Kate also represents clients in contested foreclosures, property tax appeals, and personal injury litigation. Kate has counseled community associations on governance and various legal matters. She has also represented debtors and creditors in 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Kate also has a background in mass tort, products liability, and personal injury litigation.
Kate was law clerk to the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier in Middlesex County prior to Judge Currier’s elevation to the Appellate Division.
Kate is an alumna of Seton Hall University School of Law and the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of the Church of Saint Denis in Manasquan, where she serves on the Pastoral Council.
